IntegraTION: ZSMOPL

Communication with the Polish Integrated System for Monitoring the Trade in Medicinal Products (Polish abbreviation: ZSMOPL) is a requirement for every organization involved in the distribution of medicinal products, reimbursed foodstuffs, and medical devices (marketing authorization holders placing products on the market, wholesalers, and pharmacies). The obligation to report stock levels and product movements on a daily basis may be challenging.

We have prepared a solution for our clients based on the Syndatis AIR platform, which on the one hand can integrate with an ERP system and retrieve information on product movements, stock levels, and delivery plans, and on the other hand, via a public API, sends the processed information to the ZSMOPL system. An important part of every implementation of our module is the mapping of data so that, once properly structured, it is suitable for reporting to the central system.

The mechanisms available in the Syndatis AIR ZSMOPL module enable:

  • fully automated communication with the central system,
  • transmission of data regarding product movements, stock levels, and delivery plans,
  • ongoing monitoring of communication (including confirmations of successful data transfer to the central system),
  • exception reporting (errors in data transmission resulting from technical or logical issues),
  • manual triggering of the process whenever needed.

Following implementation, Syndatis provides ongoing support and any necessary modifications resulting from changes in the ZSMOPL specification.
