A large number of contracts that are difficult to fit into a reasonable number of templates – that was the challenge faced by our client in the pharmaceutical industry.

The solution turned out to be the implementation of a module for managing such contracts on the Syndatis platform.

After a thorough analysis of business needs, we designed a solution that was closely tailored to the requirements. Its key features are:

• Circulation of document attachments according to the appropriate department and cost parameters
• Subprocess of consultation with an internal or external lawyer
• Ability to manage multiple attachments of different types
• Generation of the final contract content from attached files with the client’s watermark
• Archiving of already generated and concluded contracts, with easy search capabilities

The solution prepared for the subsidiary of the corporation in Poland was then implemented in the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, and Hungary.
