Holds a degree in Computer Physics from the Faculty of Physics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Since 2000, he has specialized in delivering consulting and technology solutions for enterprise organizations. He has led projects for companies including Merck, Syngenta, Sanofi-Aventis, Empik, ABB, Pfizer, and PwC.

Graduate of the Informatics and Information Sciences faculty at The Hague University, specializing in databases. Erik has 25 years of expertise as programmer and project manager in numerous projects based on the Java and Lotus technologies. Since 2000 Erik is collaborating with Syndatis, is member of the supervisory board and is responsible for implementation and conducting of projects for Polish as well as with foreign (Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands) clients.
